On-Site Support from $80 

CI Gold Coast offers home and office visits to resolve your technical issues. For a call-out fee of $80, you’ll receive up to 1 hour of dedicated on-site support. After 1 hour the rate is $30 for every half hour of dedicated on-site support. Whether it’s setting up devices, troubleshooting problems, or providing personalised tutorials, we’ll ensure everything runs smoothly.

Remote Support: $60

CI Gold Coast provides remote assistance for your technical needs. This service includes up to 1 hour of support, helping you resolve issues quickly and conveniently from the comfort of your home or office.

Computer Setup and Data Transfer: $150

CI Gold Coast offers a comprehensive service that includes:

• Configuring your computer system.

• Setting up user accounts.

• Performing essential system updates.

• Configuring email, security, and antivirus software.

• Connecting your new computer to your Wi-Fi network and printer.

• Installing Microsoft Office and one additional software package.

Please Note:

• A high-speed internet connection is required for data transfer.

• Transfer time depends on various factors, and 30 minutes may not be sufficient. The technician can start the transfer and either leave or stay until completion; additional charges apply beyond the initial 30 minutes.

• Your Wi-Fi network and printer must be pre-configured and connected.

• Unless a licence or subscription is provided, trial versions of software will be installed.
